Landscape Management for Functional Biodiversity 2026

11th meeting of the IOBC-WPRS Working Group

Welcome to the 11th workshop of the IOBC/WPRS working group “Landscape Management for Functional Biodiversity”. The workshop will take place in Avignon, in the South of France. It will bring together the latest advances in research, development, and application of landscape management for functional biodiversity, and will provide opportunities for exchanging information, coordinating common research, and identifying areas for future research and collaborations.

The workshop will focus on approaches to monitor and preserve biodiversity in agroecosystems, and to improve pollination and pest regulation. It will also consider how to diversify habitats and manage plant resources to enhance functional biodiversity in crops and surrounding landscape. Contributions sharing knowledge and experience on these topics are welcome, regardless of the taxonomic group, cropping system, or spatial scale considered for management.

This 11th LMFB IOBC- workshop will be co-organized by INRAE and Avignon University in cooperation with the IOBC working group “Landscape Management for Functional Biodiversity”. Thursday, March 12th: All-day oral presentations
Friday, March 13th: All-day oral presentations – Departure

Important dates:
Early registration will open on the 15th June 2025
Abstract submission deadline is the 1st of Septembre 2025
Deadline for full paper submission is the 13th of Decembre 2025
