The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for selection and inclusion in the Scientific Programme. Please find below instructions for the layout and submission of abstracts.

• The deadline to submit your abstract online is 1st September 2025 at 23:59 CET.
  If your abstract is validated, you will receive a notification by email to submit a full paper.
  You will be kept informed whatever the situation.

• The deadline to submit your full paper online (please see full instructions below) is 13th December 2025 at 23:59 CET.

On entering the abstract submission, you will need to create a new account. The selected login name and password can be used to view or amend the draft abstract before it is submitted. Once submitted, the abstract cannot be modified. You will then see your abstract submitted in My abstract of your account. If you encounter any problem, please contact us with the contact form.

Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online abstract submission form after creating an account, and using the abstract template. Other means of submitting abstracts will not be accepted.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee prior to deciding whether or not they can be accepted in the final programme. It is the submitting author’s responsibility to ensure that the abstract is accurate and the co-authors agree for the submission.

Notification of acceptance/rejection of abstracts will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author by Septembre 30th. If you have not received information concerning the abstract by that date, please contact us with the contact form.
